Location: Springdale, AR

Pay Rate: $17.00–$18.00 per hour

Shift: 12‑hour rotating shifts – day and night shift

Here's what you'll need to knock it out like a pro:

• High school diploma or GED
• 1 year of recent experience operating sit‑down forklifts
• Ability to lift up to 35 lbs regularly and 75 lbs occasionally
• Comfortable standing, bending, kneeling, and repetitive movement
• Strong attention to safety and detail
• Operate a sit‑down forklift to safely move materials
• Palletize and pack finished products
• Assist with production setup and general cleaning
• Work in varied temperature zones (cold, hot, or wet areas)
• Communicate clearly and effectively with team members
