Location & Shift
Springdale, AR (275E Robinson Ave, BLDG1). Weekend AWW shift:
Friday–Sunday 6:00AM–6:30PM. Shift differential of 8%. First‑shift training (Monday–Friday 6:30AM–3:00PM) for the first 6‑8 months.
- Set up and operate conventional, special‑purpose, and computerized numeric control (CNC) machines to fabricate and repair metallic and non‑metallic parts.
- Read blueprints, drawings, manuals, and specifications to determine machine and setup requirements.
- Set up fixtures, tools, attachments, and accessories.
- Maintain machine and setup documents.
- Use measuring devices such as micrometers and calipers to ensure specifications are met.
- Maintain a clean work environment in a state‑of‑the‑art machining center.
- HS Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Minimum 2years of relevant machining experience.
- Experience with fixture, tool, attachment, and accessory setup.
- Experience reading blueprints, drawings, manuals, and specifications.
- Technical trade school degree in machining.
- 5+years of machining experience.
- FANUC controller experience.
- Experience with VTL, lathes, and/or mills.

Position is safety‑sensitive per FAA guidelines. Facility is FAA regulated. Candidate must pass drug and alcohol testing and will be subject to ongoing random testing per FAA regulation 14
