Reports to the Director of Meat Snacks

The Production Supervisor oversees the production process, operating procedures, and working conditions in the Meat Snacks Department. This position is responsible for supervising production employees in a processing environment and ensuring that established daily production and quality targets are achieved. The Production Supervisor will utilize their skill, experience, and decision‑making ability to ensure product through the department meets company, customer, and government specifications.

This is a high‑visibility position for a results‑oriented professional who excels at making real‑time decisions in a fast‑paced manufacturing setting.

Office Environment: 20% of the work is conducted in an office setting, involving time spent on computer research, project management, and communication with team members and stakeholders. Frequent participation is both in‑person and virtual meetings, including project updates, strategy sessions, and presentations to management and stakeholders.

Production Environment: 75% Regular visits to the production areas will involve exposure to machinery, noise, varying temperatures, humidity, and wet conditions.
