Competitive compensation:
Starting at $19.25 per hour, with an additional $1.00 per hour for 2nd shift.

Shifts needed: 1st Shift, Red 1 5:48 am – 6:00 pm.

This role is based at our Sheridan, AR location specializing in manufacturing high‑quality kitchen and bathroom products, including faucets, sinks, showers, and lighting.

• Operate low‑complexity and some high‑complexity machinery and processes at the required rate while adhering to all quality and safety standards.
• Complete required paperwork as directed by leadership.
• Make frequent independent judgments on equipment decisions.
• Maintain production areas as safe and clean.
• Perform other duties assigned by supervisor.

• Must be able to work in the U.S. without restriction or sponsorship.
• Effective communication skills for manufacturing production processes.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1+ year of manufacturing, industrial, or warehouse experience preferred.
