Schedule:

Monday – Friday, some Saturdays, 7:00 AM – production end.

Pay rate: $17.50 per hour.

This position is responsible for operating machinery to ensure the continuous flow of product through the production process and ensuring proper ingredients/supplies are used on the line. The operator monitors and adjusts machine settings as needed, notifies the supervisor if machines require maintenance, and maintains a safe work environment while following Tyson policies and procedures.

• The Box Machine Operator lifts stacks of flat cartons from a pallet near the machines and places them into each of the two box‑making machines. The operator monitors the equipment to ensure good boxes are produced, makes adjustments as needed, removes any jams, and assists in hand‑making boxes when equipment fails.
• The operator keeps equipment free of debris and glue buildup, maintains the box‑machine room area, and performs any other duties assigned by the supervisor.

• Must complete an online Workday application.
• Preferred 3 months of work history. Applicants from Washington and Benton counties are considered.
