You’ll Do
- Lead and support production teams in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment
- Ensure safety, quality, and production goals are met each shift
- Assign staffing, monitor equipment readiness, and maintain documentation
- Coach, train, and develop team members
- Enforce procedures, quality standards, and regulatory requirements
Work Environment:
Temperature‑controlled manufacturing environment with regular exposure to cold. Occasional exposure to vibration. Loud noise levels typical of manufacturing operations.
Your military experience may be considered in lieu of some civilian manufacturing or supervisory experience requirements outlined below. The following are shown for guidance only. Equivalent civilian experience will also be considered. Team Leader / Squad Leader / Section Chief, Maintenance or logistics supervisor, Operations or shift leadership, Safety, compliance, or readiness enforcement often excel in this role. Relevant backgrounds may include (not required):
Army: 11B, 91B/91X/91Z, 92A, 88M;
Air Force: 2A, 2R, 3E;
Navy: MM, EM, GSM, HT, LS;
Marine Corps: 21XX, 13XX, logistics or maintenance leadership roles.
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Leadership experience in manufacturing, operations, logistics, maintenance, or military service
- Ability to work in a structured, fast‑paced environment
- Basic computer and communication skills
Compensation Range: $65,000.00 - $ USD Annual.
