Special Processes Operator - AWW Shift; Onsite

• Read blueprints, drawings, manuals, and specifications to determine requirements.
• Prepare parts for plasma coating.
• Set up and operate grit blaster and plasma equipment.
• Plasma coat parts to specifications outlined in work instructions.
• Inspect parts to verify conformance with specifications.
• Complete required paperwork.
• Maintain a clean work environment.
• Apply technical aptitude and willingness to learn new skills.
• Read and interpret work instructions.
• Training is provided on‑site for the position.

• High‑school diploma or GED equivalent with at least 1 year of relevant experience.

• Prior experience within the aerospace industry.
• Prior experience with specialized coating application.
• Experience operating CNC equipment.
