ESS Companies is hiring an Asphalt Milling Laborer in Springdale, AR to support milling operations by performing manual tasks related to asphalt placement and finishing. You will assist with placement, spreading, and leveling of asphalt materials and help keep the job site clean and safe.
The role requires a reliable work ethic, physical stamina to lift up to 50 lbs, and the ability to follow directions in a team environment. CDL is a nice-to-have and basic math/measurement skills are helpful.
