General Labor 2ND Shift (August 2026) - Berry St Plant

Location:

Berry Street Facility – Springdale, AR;
Position:
General Production Labor – 2ND SHIFT;

Hours:

times vary per line you work;
Pay: $16.70 per hour.

• Must be able to understand and agree to follow Safety Rules.
• Must be willing to push, pull, carry, and/or lift 40+ pounds for some positions.
• Must be willing to work in damp, cold or hot environments, reach above shoulder level.
• Must be able to perform the duties of the position.
• Be willing to stand 8‑10 hours a day.
• Must wear PPE, ear protection (plugs or muffs), hair net and beard guard.
• Must be able to maneuver around freely as needed.
• Must have good hand/eye coordination.
• Must be willing to climb up and down steps/stairs to get to and from the work areas when needed.
• These positions are very fast paced.
• Long periods of standing, walking, bending, stretching, pushing, pulling, climbing and reaching are required.
• These positions work in a cold, hot, wet and slippery environment.
• Positions rotate throughout the department.
• Applicants will be considered for any general labor type opening on any shift, such as day, evening.
• Applicants must be available to work overtime, and weekends as needed.
• These positions may involve cutting meat away from the bone using knives or scissors.

Rehire Consideration: 180 days (6 months) waiting period. Max of two previous Tyson employments to be considered for hire.
