Raytheon - 275 East Robinson Avenue - Responsibilities:
Perform machine geometry inspections and calibration of 5-axis CNC lathes, mills, and machining centers;
Level, align, and verify machine tool accuracy during installation, relocation, preventive maintenance, and repair;
Conduct ball bar analysis, laser calibration, spindle alignment, rotary axis verification, and backlash compensation;
Support installation, commissioning, and acceptance of new machine tools while verifying OEM specifications;
Maintain calibration schedules and documentation in accordance with FAA regulations, AS9100 quality standards, and company procedures
