Arconic is seeking a Lead to join our Extrusion Team in Springdale, AR. This role drives day-to-day staffing, maintains schedules, and coordinates training, safety, and TPM activities to optimize production.
Ideal candidates will have prior leadership experience and be fluent in JDE and Work Brain, with strong MS Office skills and a solid understanding of extrusion processes. Able to lift and stand for extended periods.
