The Final Assembly job involves assembling conveyors and other food processing equipment in a timely fashion to deliver a quality product to our customer, the food processor.

• Mechanically inclined, able to understand conveyor function and desired results.
• Follow detailed instructions and blueprints to assemble products accurately and efficiently.
• Assemble and test final products according to specifications and quality standards.
• Conduct quality control checks on assembled products to ensure they meet customer requirements.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the assembly process.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth production and delivery of products.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety protocols and regulations.
• Develop and implement process improvements to increase productivity and quality.

• 2+ years of experience in final assembly
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail and quality control skills.
• Ability to lift and move heavy objects (up to 50 pounds)
• Basic math skills and ability to read blueprints and manuals.
• Driver’s License and a reliable work vehicle.
• Authorized to work in the United States

• Experience with stainless steel and UHMW conveyor components.
• Knowledge of quality control and testing procedures.
• Understanding of wiring 480 volt three phase motors.

• The Final Assembly job is typically performed in a manufacturing environment with a fast-paced and dynamic atmosphere.
• The work environment is clean and organized, with a focus on safety and quality control.
• The job requires standing and walking for long periods, as well as lifting and moving heavy objects.
• The work schedule is typically Monday-Friday, 6am-4:30pm, with mandatory overtime as needed.

Salary will be commensurate with experience. All candidates to whom an offer of employment is made will need to successfully complete a pre-employment drug screen and a criminal background check.
