Rise Baking Company, LLC seeks a Production Supervisor to lead day-to-day bakery manufacturing operations in a high-volume commercial environment. In this role, you will oversee production teams to safely meet output, quality, and food safety standards while minimizing waste and downtime. You will schedule and coach employees, monitor KPIs, troubleshoot production issues, and partner with quality, maintenance, and logistics. Success in this position requires strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, plus a commitment to continuous improvement, teamwork, and a people-first, safety-focused culture.
Responsibilities
- Supervise daily bakery production operations on assigned lines or shift
- Ensure adherence to food safety, quality, and GMP standards
- Monitor output, waste, and downtime to meet production schedules
- Lead, coach, and schedule production team members
- Troubleshoot production issues and coordinate with maintenance
- Enforce safety procedures and promote a safety-first culture
- Maintain accurate production and performance records
- Support continuous improvement and lean initiatives
- Collaborate with QA, maintenance, and logistics teams
