Production Manager
Essentra is seeking a dedicated 2nd Shift Molding Manager in Flippin, AR who will report to the Operations Manager and lead the molding team during overnight operations. You will oversee production, safety, maintenance, and quality processes to ensure efficiency and compliance with company standards.
The role focuses on driving continuous improvement and fostering a positive, safe work environment. Hours are 4:00PM - 8:00PM, Monday - Friday.
