Client Engagement Rep – SEO Copywriter and Analyst

Hugg & Hall Equipment Company is seeking a Client Engagement Representative who specializes in SEO to drive brand awareness and lead generation through engaging, high-quality content that ranks well on search engines. The Client Engagement Representative supports brand awareness and customer service by creating and optimizing engaging digital content, maintaining the company website, and using SEO performance data to improve results.

• Craft original content designed to improve Hugg & Hall's search engine rankings.
• Analyze content performance via GA4 and SEMRush and adjust content strategies as needed.
• Effectively answer incoming telephone calls, responding to any inquiries and transferring callers to the appropriate recipient.
