The Opportunity
Tyson Foods is seeking a digitally fluent marketer to manage consumer journey, CRM, website content and digital activation initiatives across assigned brands and priorities. This role will convert strategy into detailed plans, coordinate cross-functional execution and use performance insights to improve consumer experiences.
The Digital Marketing Manager will work closely with Brand Marketing, IT, E-commerce, Data & Analytics, Digital Operations and agency partners. This person will own day-to-day work streams, maintain clear calendars and deliverables, and bring forward competitive, consumer and channel insights that improve execution.
This position will sit full time on-site at our World Headquarters in Springdale, Arkansas.
What You'll Lead Consumer Journey & CRM- Develop journey maps and activation plans for assigned audiences, campaigns and lifecycle moments.
- Manage CRM campaign planning, including audience requirements, briefs, content, approvals, deployment coordination and reporting.
- Partner with analytics teams to monitor acquisition, engagement and retention performance and identify optimization opportunities.
- Support segmentation, personalization and contact‐strategy development.
- Manage website content roadmaps and updates for assigned brands, ensuring accuracy, relevance, brand consistency and SEO intentionality.
- Coordinate briefs, content development, reviews, publishing and quality assurance with internal and external partners.
- Use site performance, search behavior and competitive analysis to recommend content and user‑experience improvements.
- Build and manage monthly and quarterly digital marketing calendars aligned to demand periods, launches and brand priorities.
- Coordinate integrated activation across CRM, websites, email, social and online advertising.
- Conduct competitive and category analysis, summarize implications and recommend actions.
- Create test‑and‑learn plans, track results and translate findings into optimization recommendations.
- Use approved AI tools to improve workflow efficiency, develop content variations and support personalization while maintaining brand and review standards.
- Own project plans, timelines, budgets, dependencies, status updates and stakeholder communications for assigned initiatives.
- Manage agency and partner deliverables, ensuring work is on strategy, on time and ready for activation.
- Provide day-to-day guidance to Associate Manager talent and share best practices across teams.
Education:
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or another business‑related field is required. An MBA is preferred.
Experience:5+ years of experience in digital marketing, CRM, consumer experience, content or a related discipline.
- Experience managing digital campaigns, CRM programs, websites or integrated marketing work streams.
- Ability to turn consumer, competitive and performance data into clear recommendations.
- Strong project‑management skills, including calendar, timeline and cross‑functional coordination.
- Working knowledge of audience segmentation, content development, measurement and optimization.
- Clear written, verbal and presentation skills.
- Experience in consumer packaged goods, retail or another consumer‑focused business.
- Familiarity with Adobe Experience Manager, Adobe Journey Optimizer, Workfront or similar platforms.
- Experience using approved generative AI tools for content versioning, research or workflow support.
