• Shift: Nights, 6:45 PM – 7:15 AM (12-hour shifts), every other weekend required — ideal for experienced night shift RNs
• Hours per Week: 36
• Estimated Weekly Salary: $1,570 - $1,650 per week

• Active RN license (Arkansas RN or Compact RN preferred)
• BLS certification required
• At least 1 year of recent Med/Surg RN experience
• ACLS certification preferred
• Ability to work night shifts and every other weekend
• Travelers must live more than 50 miles from the facility

• Deliver high-quality nursing care to medical-surgical patients in a busy Med/Surg unit
• Monitor, assess, and document patient conditions and progress
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Educate patients and families on care plans and post-discharge instructions
• Maintain a safe, clean work environment in compliance with healthcare regulations
