• Unit: Med/Surg (EXT-Other 911)
• Start Date: March 30, 2026
• End Date: June 29, 2026
• Duration: 13 weeks
• Shift: Nights, 6:45 PM – 7:15 AM (12-hour shifts) — night shift Med/Surg RN
• Schedule: Every other weekend required
• Hours per Week: 36
• On-Site: This is an on-site hospital position

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required
• Minimum 1 year recent Med/Surg RN experience preferred
• ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support) certification preferred
• Must be able to provide home address and Social Security Number upon submission
• Travelers must live more than 50 miles from the facility (travel nurse eligibility)

• Provide high-quality, compassionate nursing care to Med/Surg patients as a Registered Nurse
• Perform patient assessments, monitor vital signs, and document changes in condition
• Administer medications and IV therapies safely according to hospital policy
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members to achieve optimal patient outcomes
• Assist with procedures, treatments, and care planning on the Med/Surg unit
• Educate patients and families on diagnoses, care plans, and discharge instructions
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic medical record (EMR/EHR)
• Float to other units as needed to support hospital staffing
