Perimeter Behavioral of the Ozarks has an immediate opening for a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN). We are seeking compassionate professionals dedicated to improving the lives of individuals experiencing mental health challenges.

Role OverviewJoin a dedicated nursing team making a meaningful impact in the lives of children and adolescents. As a Behavioral Health LPN, you will deliver compassionate, evidence‑based care while collaborating with a multidisciplinary treatment team.
Core Responsibilities Clinical Care- Provide high‑quality nursing care in a behavioral health setting
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized care plans
- Monitor patient progress and adjust care as needed
- Accurately document patient care and daily progress
- Collaborate with the treatment team to implement measurable goals
- Maintain a safe, therapeutic environment that protects patient rights
- Build professional relationships with patients, families, and staff
- Participate in treatment team meetings and care coordination
- Support and mentor team members
- Advocate for patient needs and quality outcomes
- Active Arkansas LPN license
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program
- Current CPR certification
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Commitment to patient‑centered care
- Experience in behavioral health and/or pediatric nursing
- Inpatient psychiatric experience
- 12‑hour day shifts (10a‑10p)
- Weekend rotation required
