Springdale, AR | Day Shift | Adolescent Inpatient

Perimeter Behavioral of the Ozarks is seeking compassionate, dependable Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our team in Springdale, Arkansas. As a Behavioral Health RN, you will provide direct nursing care to adolescents in an inpatient psychiatric setting, support patient safety, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary treatment team to promote positive clinical outcomes. The ideal candidate is clinically strong, calm under pressure, and passionate about caring for patients experiencing mental health challenges.

• Provide compassionate, high-quality nursing care in a behavioral health setting
• Complete nursing assessments and contribute to individualized treatment planning
• Monitor patient condition, response to treatment, and overall progress
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered
• Document patient care, observations, and progress accurately and timely
• Help maintain a safe, structured, and therapeutic environment
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, MHTs, and other team members
• Participate in treatment team meetings and care coordination
• Build professional, respectful relationships with patients, families, and coworkers
• Support patient rights, dignity, and recovery-focused care

• Active Arkansas RN license
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program
• Current CPR certification
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced inpatient environment
• Commitment to compassionate, patient-centered care

• Experience in behavioral health, psychiatric, or pediatric nursing
• Inpatient psychiatric experience

• 12-hour day shifts
• 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM
• Weekend rotation required
