Circle of Life Hospice seeks an Admission/Liaison Nurse to coordinate hospice admissions and work closely with the Medical Director and Interdisciplinary Team. You will develop and communicate care plans, educate patients and families, and ensure orders are carried out to meet patient needs.
The role requires excellent clinical skills, adaptability to schedule changes, and travel daily to serve patients in NE Oklahoma and NWA. A valid AR RN license and BLS are required.
