Raytheon - 275 East Robinson Avenue - Responsibilities:
Perform Fluorescent Penetration Inspection (FPI) on a large variety of engine cases to determine conformance to work instructions and repair scope;
Prepare and complete required inspection documents (manual and electronic), reports and stamping of work instructions to indicate acceptability of parts;
Clean and process parts using FPI Booth;
Inspect internal case structure using inspection equipment for this method;
Collaborate with engineering, quality, quality lab, operations and materials or other personnel when needed as it relates to the inspection process
