Cobb Summer 2026 Internship - Arkansas

Interns will work in a variety of poultry production and live operations positions to become familiar with the various parts of the production process. They will also gain exposure to operation support departments such as Safety and Quality Assurance. Our interns are expected to contribute to our success through innovative ideas and value creation. Based on successful performance and the talent needs of our business, interns may have the opportunity to become full‑time Cobb Team Members.

These positions could be located in Arkansas, Oklahoma, Missouri, Tennessee, Kentucky, Georgia, North Carolina, or South Carolina. Candidates must be local to the area; priority consideration is given to local applicants. Relocation assistance is available for qualified candidates.

  Currently enrolled in a bachelor's degree program with at least one semester remaining. Preference for Agriculture, Poultry Operations, or other agriculture‑related fields.
