Cobb Summer 2026 Internship - Oklahoma

Overview

Interns will work in a variety of poultry production and live operations positions in facilities located in Arkansas, Oklahoma, Missouri, Tennessee, Kentucky, Georgia, North Carolina, or South Carolina. They will also gain exposure to operation support departments such as Safety and Quality Assurance. Interns are expected to contribute to our success through innovative ideas and value creation, and may have the opportunity to become full‑time team members based on performance and business needs.

Assist in day‑to‑day production processes and support live operations. Participate in safety and quality assurance activities. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to implement improvement initiatives.

• Currently enrolled in a bachelor's degree program with at least one semester remaining. Agriculture or poultry operations or related fields preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic computer skills.
• Motivated self‑starter with strong problem‑solving, time‑management, multitasking, and interpersonal skills.
• Willing and able to perform the physical requirements of the job with or without a reasonable accommodation.
