* SUMMARY:

** The Floor Person is responsible for floor management, housekeeping, and compliance with regulatory requirements of the assigned department.
** ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
** include, but are not limited to, the following:
* Check overhead structures for condensation, mop as necessary.
* Fill tote rack in box room.
* Retrieve available totes from cooler and place into required locations on the production floor.
* Monitor product flow in packing bins to facilitate order fill and smooth product flow.
* Monitor operations to ensure that needed supplies are readily available.
* Other duties as assigned by supervisor.
** SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
** This position will not have supervisory responsibility.
** EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE**
* ** Required**  + None
* ** Preferred**  + Previous poultry processing experience
