As a Walmart Retail Merchandiser at Acosta, you’ll ensure Acosta’s client brands stand out at Walmart stores by driving product availability.

• Work scheduled Sundays through Saturdays with days depending on the location;
  Friday is required for both full-time and part-time schedules.
• Start work between 6am-9am and work between 6am-6pm (no evenings).
• Locate merchandise in the backroom, stock, pack out products, straighten product on the shelf, and receive and transport coupons and signage materials to place in store.
• Use a company-issued mobile device to complete work, navigate multiple applications, answer simple step-by-step questions, and take photos of completed work.
• Represent Acosta and clients in assigned Walmart stores, partner with store management and associates, and collaborate with the direct manager via email, phone, and text.
• Report work the same day it is completed and provide accurate and concise data and photos.

• Access to reliable transportation to travel to multiple retail locations in your area on a daily schedule.
• Minimum 18 years of age or older.
• Comfortable using mobile technology.

• Merchandise a variety of brands and product categories.
• Variety in daily tasks; no repetitive routine.
• Health plan options including no-copay telemedicine regardless of hours worked.

• Own your assigned store(s) and build relationships with Walmart staff.
• Work independently while extending the Walmart family as an Acosta representative.
• Communicate effectively with store associates, managers, and Acosta team members.
• Follow detailed instructions and support best practices shared nationwide.
• Contact your direct manager for assistance and complete work within the provided timeframe.
