Position Overview

Our Part-Time Retail Sales Associates (Stylists/Sales Support) create an unforgettable shopping experience that leaves our customers inspired and feeling their best. The primary responsibility of a Part-Time Retail Sales Associate is to deliver excellent customer service and build wardrobes. In addition, sales associates will participate in visual merchandising, maintain store presentation, and focus on the customers’ needs to achieve sales goals.

• Guide the customer through our award‑winning brand experience to make authentic connections.
• Customer‑obsessed, leading with loyalty, confidence, and product knowledge to advise style and fit, influence with moments that matter.
• Cash wrap / cashier: use modern store technology (POS, payment systems, tablets, headsets) to be well‑informed on company priorities and promotions, deliver a seamless omni‑channel shopping experience, promote loyalty programs and credit services.
• Maintain maurices’ visual and operational standards while keeping the focus on the customer.
• Support product flow/shipping and receiving: assist the shipment process, gain awareness of product migration, contribute to omni‑order fulfillment including in‑store and curbside pick‑up.
