Harps Food Stores - - Responsibilities:
Support bakery department operations including department readiness, staffing, price maintenance, policies and procedures, inventory preparation;
Bakery department replenishment and inventory procedures including ordering, replenishment, receiving, invoicing and accounting, back stock, reclamation and returns;
Merchandising and sales floor standards including stocking, rotation, signing, displays, sampling, and zoning procedures;
Follow food safety production guidelines and ensure proper packaging, labeling, and weighing of products;
Demonstrate customer service and teamwork aligned with Harps SMILE program and company mission
