Health and Beauty associates focus on two main tasks: caring for customers and creative merchandising. They move incoming merchandise out to the sales floor and create seasonal display features to meet customer needs.
Responsibilities- Assist customers with product selection and questions.
- Maintain merchandise on the sales floor and create seasonal displays.
- Implement merchandising plans and ensure visual standards are met.
- Support inventory processes and overall store operations.
