Oversee bakery/deli department operations including readiness, staffing, pricing, inventory, cleanliness, and safety of equipment;
Maintain department standards for merchandising, displays, signing, and zoning;
Assist with replenishment, inventory, receiving, invoicing, back stock, and returns;
Ensure food safety, proper food preparation and production standards;
Provide excellent customer service and collaborate with team to meet Harps’ mission
