About the Position

The Territory Manager is responsible for managing and expanding sales within a designated territory. This role involves developing and maintaining relationships with customers, HVAC contractors, and distributors to achieve sales targets and promote the company's products and services.

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the market.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key customers, contractors, and distributors.
  • Provide excellent customer service and support to engineers.
  • Address customer inquiries, concerns, and issues in a timely and effective manner.
  • Effectively manage and prioritize activities within the assigned territory.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to stay informed about industry developments.
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of the market in the territory.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Provide feedback to the company on market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, product developments, and best practices to effectively communicate relevant information to customers.
  • Any other duties as required.
Supervisory Responsibilities

This position has no supervisory responsibilities.

Qualifications, Attributes, Education, and/or Experience
  • Proven experience in HVAC sales, preferably in a commercial market.
  • Strong knowledge of HVAC systems and products.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
Computer Skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant business software.
  • Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software for sales tracking and management.
