Route Service Representative Workweek

Job Description

Cintas is seeking a Route Service Representative to manage and grow customer accounts in the Rental Division. Partners drive a truck along an established route and service and sell within an existing customer base. This physical, fast‑paced indoor/outdoor role involves delivering and picking up uniforms, shop towels, chemical cleaning products and other facility service products.

Solid base salary and commission potential after being assigned a route. Majority of work is a 4‑day workweek with no nights or weekends. Monthly/quarterly performance bonuses and incentives.

• Serve as the face of Cintas to customers and build rapport with key decision makers.
• Ensure quality standards and proactively solve customer concerns.
• Grow the existing customer base by upselling and cross‑selling additional products and services.
• Negotiate service agreement renewals and control inventory while working professionally and safely.
• Comply with driving and vehicle regulations.

• Active driver’s license.
• At least 21 years of age.
• DOT medical certification.
• Documentation of prior employment.
• Ability to meet the physical requirements of the position.
• High School diploma, GED, or Military Service acceptable.
• Strong customer service orientation.
