Position

Roofing Sales Project Manager – Northwest Arkansas. 1099 commission‑based.

Pay: $70,000–$150,000+ per year on average. Top performers can earn $200,000+.

Supplemental pay: bonus opportunities. This is a 1099 commission‑based position.

• Generate leads through canvassing, referrals, or storm outreach.
• Inspect roofs, gutters, siding, and educate homeowners.
• Write and close roofing contracts.
• Collect payments.
• Manage the project from start to finish.

• Minimum 18 years of age with a valid driver’s license.
• Self‑starting, go‑getter attitude.
• Coachable, disciplined, and self‑motivated.
• Reliable transportation and ability to carry a ladder.
• Must be 21 years or older, with a clean Motor Vehicle Record check on file.
• Cell phone and willingness to work in outside door‑to‑door sales.
• Able to climb a ladder, lift 50 lbs, walk on a roof, and not afraid of heights.
• Strong communication skills, driven, goal‑oriented, and able to juggle multiple tasks.
