Role Description
The New Business Development/Account Manager will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities while managing and growing existing client accounts. Day‑to‑day tasks include prospecting potential clients, conducting outreach and lead generation activities, preparing proposals, and following up to move opportunities through the sales pipeline. The role also involves building long‑term relationships with clients, understanding their workplace needs, coordinating with internal teams to deliver solutions, and ensuring a high level of customer service throughout each project.
This is a full‑time, on‑site role based in Springdale, AR, requiring regular in‑person meetings, site visits, and collaboration with colleagues and clients.
- Candidates should possess skills in New Business Development and Lead Generation, including prospecting, networking, and opportunity qualification.
- Candidates should possess skills in Account Management and Customer Service, with experience maintaining relationships, managing projects, and supporting client needs.
- Candidates should possess strong Communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication, presentation abilities, and active listening.
- Relevant experience in B2B sales, interior solutions, commercial furniture, or related industries is beneficial.
- Demonstrated ability to meet sales targets, manage multiple accounts, and work collaboratively with cross‑functional teams is preferred.
- Proficiency with CRM tools, basic and industry‑specific office software, and a valid driver’s license for local client visits.
- An associate’s or bachelor’s degree in Interior Design/Architecture, Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience, is preferred.
