As an Automotive Sales Consultant, you'll help customers find the perfect vehicle while providing an outstanding buying experience from start to finish. You'll build lasting relationships, earn repeat business, and become a trusted advisor for one of the biggest purchases your customers will make.

• Welcome customers and create a friendly, pressure‑free buying experience.
• Learn about customers’ needs and recommend vehicles that best fit their lifestyle and budget.
• Demonstrate vehicle features and technology through engaging walk‑around presentations and test drives.
• Build relationships with new and existing customers through follow‑up communication and referrals.
• Stay knowledgeable about Ford vehicles, new technology, incentives, financing options, and dealership promotions.
• Work with the finance and management teams to help customers complete their purchase.
• Follow up after the sale to ensure customer satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
• Maintain accurate customer information and sales activities in the dealership CRM.
• Consistently meet or exceed individual sales and customer satisfaction goals.
• Represent Springdale Ford and Lewis Automotive Group with professionalism, integrity, and exceptional customer service.

We’re looking for individuals with a positive attitude and a desire to succeed. Automotive sales experience is helpful—but not required. We provide comprehensive training for the right candidate.

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous sales, retail, hospitality, customer service, or automotive experience is a plus, but we will train motivated individuals.
