Job DescriptionAs an Automotive Sales Consultant, you'll help customers find the perfect vehicle while providing an outstanding buying experience from start to finish. You'll build lasting relationships, earn repeat business, and become a trusted advisor for one of the biggest purchases your customers will make.
What You’ll Do- Welcome customers and create a friendly, pressure‑free buying experience.
- Learn about customers’ needs and recommend vehicles that best fit their lifestyle and budget.
- Demonstrate vehicle features and technology through engaging walk‑around presentations and test drives.
- Build relationships with new and existing customers through follow‑up communication and referrals.
- Stay knowledgeable about Ford vehicles, new technology, incentives, financing options, and dealership promotions.
- Work with the finance and management teams to help customers complete their purchase.
- Follow up after the sale to ensure customer satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
- Maintain accurate customer information and sales activities in the dealership CRM.
- Consistently meet or exceed individual sales and customer satisfaction goals.
- Represent Springdale Ford and Lewis Automotive Group with professionalism, integrity, and exceptional customer service.
We’re looking for individuals with a positive attitude and a desire to succeed. Automotive sales experience is helpful—but not required. We provide comprehensive training for the right candidate.

- Previous sales, retail, hospitality, customer service, or automotive experience is a plus, but we will train motivated individuals.
