Overview
Membership Sales Associate (MSA) – Full‑Time Sales Role with Real Earning Potential
Location:
Glide Xpress Car Wash
$18–$20 per hour base pay
Commission on membership sales
Top performers regularly earn $60,000–$70,000+ annually
No cap on effort‑driven income

This is a customer‑facing, high‑energy sales role—not behind the scenes. You will:
- Greet customers and confidently start conversations
- Present and sell Glide Xpress membership plans
- Explain pricing, value, and benefits in a clear, honest way
- Create a positive, memorable customer experience
- Track your sales and work toward daily and monthly goals
- Stay active and engaged throughout your shift (outdoors and on your feet)
- Support your team in hitting site‑wide performance targets
- Comfortable talking to new people and starting conversations
- Motivated by goals, competition, and incentives
- Brings energy, positivity, and confidence to every interaction
- Reliable, punctual, and professional
- Thrives in fast‑paced, outdoor environments
- Sales or customer service experience is helpful but not required—we train the right people
