Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Used Car Salesperson role located in Springdale, AR. The Used Car Salesperson will greet and assist customers in the dealership, assess their needs, and guide them through vehicle selection, test drives, and pricing discussions. Daily responsibilities include explaining vehicle features and history, preparing sales quotes, processing paperwork, and coordinating with finance and service teams to complete the sales process.

The role involves maintaining up-to-date knowledge of inventory, following up with prospective and existing customers, and supporting customer retention through ongoing communication and service. The Used Car Salesperson is expected to meet sales targets while providing a respectful, transparent, and positive buying experience.

Qualifications

• Strong customer-facing skills, including Customer Satisfaction and Customer Retention capabilities.
• Excellent Interpersonal Skills and Communication skills to build trust and rapport with diverse customers.
• Experience or interest in Automotive Sales, with the ability to learn vehicle features, pricing, and inventory quickly.
• Basic understanding of sales processes, negotiation, and documentation in a retail or dealership environment.
• Ability to work on-site full time, including evenings or weekends as needed.
• Proven reliability, professional conduct, and commitment to ethical sales practices.
• High school diploma or equivalent; prior automotive or retail sales experience is preferred but not required.
• Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record.
