- Drive sales growth while maintaining strong customer relationships, service levels, and operational performance.
- Manage fresh beef and branded product sales across a multi-opco customer network, serving as a strategic partner to customers and internal stakeholders.
- Make inventory allocation and supply management decisions that balance customer demand, service levels, and business objectives.
- Lead high-volume order management activities, ensuring accurate execution, pricing, and fulfillment while identifying process improvement opportunities.
- Analyze inventory, sales, and operational performance data to identify risks, inform business decisions, and drive profitable growth.
- Develop and execute strategies to optimize inventory performance, reduce excess product, and capitalize on sales opportunities.
- Forecast inventory and supply needs, proactively communicating market trends, constraints, and opportunities to customers and internal partners.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with pricing, scheduling, transportation, and operations teams to resolve complex issues and support business objectives.
- Drive customer satisfaction and business performance through effective relationship management, problem-solving, and independent decision-making.
Education: Bachelor's degree preferred.
Experience: Minimum of 5 years of sales experience required, with at least 2 years of industry sales experience preferred. In lieu of a degree, 5 years of industry sales experience is required.

Skills:
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and other business systems.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to effectively engage customers, internal partners, and leadership.

Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
