Inside Sales Representative

• Make outbound calls to homeowners through warm leads — no cold prospecting from scratch
• Answer inbound calls and provide excellent customer service
• Qualify interested homeowners and schedule appointments for our Sales Representatives
• Meet and exceed daily and weekly KPIs — dials per day, appointments set, demos issued, and quality scores
• Overcome objections and maintain a positive, high-energy presence on the phone

• $20/hour plus bonus opportunities
• Average monthly bonuses of around $1,000
• PTO and paid holidays
• Optional to work overtime during busy seasons.

• Sales mindset: you ask for the appointment and close the call
• Comfortable following a script and filling out forms accurately
• Motivated by performance pay and a consistent recent work history
• Appointment-setting, BDC, inside sales, or similar experience preferred
• Ability to submit to and pass a background check
