Job DescriptionAs a Security Officer - Driver Perimeter Patrol in Springdale, AR, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Healthcare, and more. As an unarmed Patrol Officer at a busy healthcare location, you will complete routine patrols, remain highly visible, and respond to security-related concerns with calm, service-focused communication. This is a driving post, so you may operate a vehicle while supporting campus coverage and rapid response needs.

What You'll Do:
- Provide customer service to patients, visitors, and staff by following Allied Universal procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
- Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter to help to reduce unauthorized access and identify unusual conditions.
- Respond to incidents, alarms, and calls for assistance in a calm, problem-solving manner, including assisting with de-escalation and directing people to appropriate resources.
- Monitor access points and public areas, provide way finding assistance, and report maintenance hazards or operational concerns to site contacts.
- Complete incident reports and daily activity logs, communicate observations to leadership, and support security-related investigations as requested.
Minimum Requirements:
- Vaccines are required in accordance with hospital requirements.
- Proof of a high school diploma or GED is required.
- A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
- Being comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
- Being able to lift more than 20 lbs is preferred.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
