As a Security Officer Access Control in SPRINGDALE, AR, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Food/Beverage, and more. Pay Rate: $16.64 / Hour

• Tue: 12:00 AM – 08:00 AM
• Wed: 12:00 AM – 08:00 AM
• Thu: 12:00 AM – 08:00 AM
• Sun: 04:00 PM – 12:00 AM

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities at a food and beverage location.
• Control access at assigned entry and exit points by verifying credentials, screening visitors and/or deliveries, and maintaining required logs and documentation.
• Monitor cameras, alarms, communication systems, and/or access control equipment to help identify unusual activity and report concerns to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, following post orders and escalating concerns when appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the location and perimeter, including checkpoints, parking areas, shipping and receiving zones, and other restricted areas as assigned.

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
