Armed Custom Protection Officer

Allied Universal is seeking an Armed Custom Protection Officer for Fifth Third facilities. In this role, you will safeguard people, property, and assets through patrols, access control, and incident response. Responsibilities include monitoring alarms and CCTV, enforcing site policies, deterring criminal activity, and writing clear reports. You will interact professionally with employees, customers, and visitors, providing excellent customer service. Responsibilities

• Provide armed protection of people, property, and assets at assigned Fifth Third locations
• Perform foot and vehicle patrols, monitor entrances, and manage access control
• Monitor CCTV, alarms, and security systems, responding promptly to incidents
• Enforce site policies, procedures, and safety regulations
• Assess and respond to security threats, emergencies, and suspicious activity
• Use de-escalation skills and professional communication with the public and staff
• Prepare accurate, detailed incident and daily activity reports
• Collaborate with site management, law enforcement, and emergency responders as needed
• Maintain weapons safety, readiness, and compliance with use-of-force policies
• Participate in ongoing training, certifications, and performance reviews
