• Handle daily maintenance and repairs for apartments, buildings, common areas, breezeways, irrigation systems, and grounds.
• Complete all service requests within one business day (when possible).
• Perform make‑ready duties in vacant apartments, coordinating with vendors for flooring, cleaning, and repairs.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and well‑stocked maintenance shop.
• Participate in a rotating on‑call schedule for 24‑hour emergency maintenance.
• Maintain professional and courteous interactions with residents and fellow team members.

• HVAC or EPA certification preferred
• Pool maintenance experience a plus
• 3+ years of maintenance experience (preferably in multifamily housing)
• Knowledge of and hands‑on skills in:
  • HVAC troubleshooting & repairs
  • Electrical & mechanical systems
  • Plumbing, carpentry, appliance repair, and irrigation systems
• Ability to work in an on‑call rotation and handle emergency maintenance needs
• Must be able to pass a criminal background check.

• Lift objects up to 75 lbs
• Bend, stoop, twist, and reach into small or overhead spaces as needed
• Stand and walk for extended periods across property grounds
