We are hiring a skilled Body Shop Repair Technician. At least 5 years of experience is preferred. We value our employees and invest in their success.

• De-trim and disassemble vehicles. Perform pre-pulls to decide repair versus replace.
• Use good judgment to determine when damaged parts can be safely repaired for cost and cycle‑time savings.
• Maintain parts and materials carts in an organized manner.
• Vehicle Repair:
  Meet or exceed our productivity requirements as measured by hours per day for each repair order.

Job Type: Full‑time

Pay: $20.59 – $27.00 per hour

• Minimum of 5 years experience preferred.
• Skillful use of frame and measuring equipment.
• Adherence to company technical repair processes and manufacturer's guidelines.
• Valid state driver's license.
• Reliable attendance.
• I-CAR certification.
• High school diploma.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. and current resident.
• Repairs vehicles per estimate and manufacturer standards.
• Checks parts against estimate; ensures proper parts are ordered and received.
• Prepares vehicles for body repair work.
• Notifies management of additional repairs needed.
• Notifies management of any difficulties or problems that may prevent a quality job or cause a change in the promised time.
• Maintains tools and equipment in proper repair state.
• Wears all required safety and health personal protective equipment, including respirator, as recommended.
• Complies with all laws and regulations related to paint, thinners and other hazardous materials; reports any deviations.
• Cooperates and assists other personnel in repair and prep of vehicles.
• Understands, keeps abreast of, and complies with federal, state, and local regulations affecting body shop operations (e.g., hazardous waste disposal, OSHA Right‑to‑Know).
• Operates all tools and equipment safely.
