An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced HVACR Lead Technician to join a growing and highly respected service organization serving the Northwest Arkansas region. This role is ideal for a hands-on technician with strong troubleshooting skills, leadership capabilities, and extensive experience working with commercial HVAC and refrigeration systems.

The successful candidate will perform service, maintenance, and repair work on supermarket, restaurant, and commercial HVACR systems while mentoring junior technicians and supporting operational excellence across the service department.
