** What You’ll Do
*** Lead, direct, and supervise a team of maintenance technicians in accordance with company policies and applicable regulations
* Coordinate preventative maintenance programs and equipment repair schedules
* Monitor and reduce machine downtime through efficient troubleshooting and repairs
* Diagnose and assist with resolution of electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, plumbing, and PLC-related issues
* Promote and enforce a **“Safety First” culture
** across the maintenance team
* Ensure compliance with
** SQF, GMP, and food safety standards
*** Assist in training, evaluating, and developing maintenance employees
* Partner with production and operations teams to support continuous improvement initiatives
* Maintain accurate maintenance records and documentation
* Perform additional duties as required to support business operations
** Work Environment
*** Food manufacturing plant environment
* Exposure to temperature variations depending on production areas
* Use of industrial equipment and maintenance tools
* Weekend and off-shift work may be required based on operational needs

** Requirements (Must Haves)**

** Associate’s degree or technical program certificate;

* * 5+ years of related experience and training;
