Troubleshoot, repair and contribute improvements to all in-house industrial controls, programmable controllers, etc., and perform preventative maintenance functions;
Assume back-up role of Company electrician, when needed, in building and grounds department.;
Perform preventative, proactive, and if required reactive maintenance;
Perform new PLC programming for small projects (10%).;
Troubleshoot malfunctioning electrical systems including PLCs with the use of electrical prints and ladder logic programs.;
Adjust, calibrate, align, and modify circuitry and components and record effects on unit performance.;
Help implement, drive and lead Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) activities.
