We are looking for a Service/Installation Scheduler who can help us schedule our measure, install, and service appointments between our customers and crews. This person must develop a thorough understanding of our products and services to better assist in scheduling appointments and managing customer expectations.

• Coordinate with customers, installers, and techs to schedule measure, install, and service appointments.
• Communicate with installers and techs about the complexity of jobs and schedule accordingly.
• Verify all products and parts have arrived before scheduling appointments.
• Prepare daily job packets.
• Process job packets to completion.

• Must have the ability to problem solve.
• Must be detail-oriented.
• Must be capable of continuously learning and adapting to changes.
• Must have good communication skills.
• Must be comfortable utilizing various forms of technology.
