• Proven Experience:
  
  At least 3 years of hands-on experience in installation, welding, and fabrication. Previous experience in a warranty service or leadership role is a big plus!
• Technical Expertise:
  Strong welding and fabrication skills with the ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical documents.
• Problem-Solving Ability:
  You’re detail-oriented and excel at diagnosing issues and implementing solutions quickly and effectively.
