Nwestco is hiring a Lead Construction Technician in Springdale, AR.
If you’ve installed petroleum tanks, piping, and dispensers and have led crews on active job sites, this is a solid opportunity with steady work and strong pay.
Pay ranges from $28–$33 per hour depending on experience and includes full benefits, PTO, 401(k) with match, plus a company truck, gas card, cell phone, and laptop.
Your Mission:
Lead crews on petroleum system installation projects
Install AST / UST tanks, piping, dispensers, and controls
Read and work from blueprints and site plans
Verify grade and elevations for proper installation
Coordinate with GCs, inspectors, and project managers
Keep jobs moving and on schedule
Run toolbox talks and enforce safety standards
Troubleshoot installation issues on-site
Maintain daily job documentation
You’ll be responsible for making sure the job gets done right, safely, and on time.
What you bring to the table:
AST License (Required)
3+ years installing petroleum systems (tanks, piping, dispensers)
Experience leading crews on construction sites
Ability to read blueprints and verify elevations/grade
Strong understanding of job site safety
Good communication with GCs and inspectors
Willingness to travel to job sites
OSHA 10/30 or HAZWOPER is a plus.
